Fire safety automation (TOA)
Fire safety automation controls the building's technical systems during an alarm: stops ventilation, brings lifts down, closes fire doors and dampers, starts smoke extraction. Used in shopping centres, office and apartment buildings, and industrial facilities.
Why maintain
Automation activates rarely — which is exactly why it needs regular testing: a fire is the wrong moment to discover a damper didn't close.
