Other systems:
Fire safety
Fire safety is not a single device but a whole system: detection raises the alarm, automation takes control, smoke extraction and evacuation lighting help people get out. We maintain, repair and install every layer of it — from a single detector to building-level automation.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is what keeps the system alive between inspections. What it covers:
- Scheduled periodic checks in line with the requirements.
- Testing of detectors, panels, alarm transmission and automation.
- Records kept electronically.
- Fixing faults and false alarms.
- Emergency call-out as agreed in the contract.

Why maintain
- Regular maintenance of a fire alarm system is a legal requirement: the building owner is responsible for keeping the systems in working order. We take that obligation on — with a schedule, reports and a maintenance log.
- A system that is never checked ages unnoticed: detectors gather dust and start giving false alarms, batteries weaken. Regular checks catch this before the system lets you down.
- What matters most is the safety of the people in the building: a working alarm notices a fire in time, and everyone has time to get out.
Installation
We install fire safety systems turnkey — working to the client's existing design or to one prepared by our own specialists. From cable routes to commissioning and handover.
