Access control
Access control is order at the door: who gets in, where and when. We maintain and install turnstiles, electromagnetic locks and intercoms — from the mechanics to configuring access rights.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance of access systems. What it covers:
- Periodic operational checks on schedule, as agreed in the contract.
- Mechanical checks: turnstiles, locks, door closers.
- Controller, reader and power checks.
- Access management: adding and blocking cards, fobs and codes at the client's request.
- Repair and replacement of components.
Why maintain
- Door hardware is mechanical and it wears: closers loosen, locks lose their grip. Minor wear is cheaper to fix during maintenance than replacing the whole assembly later.
- The user list is alive: people come and go, lost fobs must be blocked. Without maintenance you may one day find you simply cannot get into your own building — a neglected system fails at the worst possible moment.
- A door that closes 'almost all the way' is an open door: maintenance makes sure closed really means closed.
