Smoke extraction
Smoke extraction — hatches, fans and windows that vent smoke and heat out of the building during a fire, keeping escape routes passable. Mandatory in apartment-building stairwells, commercial and industrial buildings.
Why maintain
The mechanics must open on the first try even after years of standing still. We check the actuators, detectors and activation — manually and from the fire alarm.
